About
The Critical Thinking Child provides live online subject tutoring for K-12 students in reading, English Language Arts, Spanish, and math including Algebra, along with gifted and talented enrichment, college admissions test prep (PSAT/SAT, PreACT 9/10, ACT, CLT), and middle and high school admissions test prep (HSAT, SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT, HSPT). We also offer academic diagnostic assessments, proctored mock exams, summer and afterschool programs, standardized practice tests, and educational workbooks. Sessions are one on one or small group with a dedicated virtual tutor. Our tutors are carefully selected and trained in our instructional methods. We work with students who have IEPs and 504 plans, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, as well as diverse learners and gifted students. Every student begins with a diagnostic assessment so we can target instruction to their specific skill gaps and learning style. Instruction is personalized to each student's learning profile, with daytime, afterschool, and weekend availability.
