Functional Eye Health & Prescription: A thorough review of overall eye health and any corrective lens needs. Potential outcomes may include one or more of the following: Specialized Prism Lenses: Custom lenses designed to support visual and spatial processing. In-Office Vision Therapy: A personalized program of visual activities to retrain and strengthen the visual system. Co-management & Referral Guidance: Clear next steps communicated back to your referring provider.
